The Silence

Most of us live in an environment filled with a great variety and volume of noises. Scientists have proved that this high noise level can be physically harmful as well as mentally exhausting. A good antidote is to practice the feeling of silence. Mentally tune out the sounds around you and begin to think about all the things the mean peace, quiet, and silence to you. These might be shimmering waters, high white clouds, stained-glass windows, tall trees. Take time to experience the silence and will find strength in it. Words from Unitysilence_good_anwer
