How to Handle Change

ChangeIt is up to each of us to decide how we will react to situations that confront us. If we respond in a negative way the situation hangs on and gets bigger. What happens is not as important as how we react. When I first started my spiritual journey I would respond to a change in circumstances with anger, stress and depression that might last for days or weeks. Now after a few minutes of shock comes acceptance. My inner self immediately points out the good that could come from this change. My soul points out the funny aspect of what’s happening and slowly brings a smile to my face. In a short time new and better ideas enter my mind and I become excited about the new possibilities and change of plans. I now know to stand firm, wait for right timing, and refuse to be disturbed and distressed over the things happening around me. Believe me, if you keep searching for the Truth it will pay off as it has for me.
